Franck Barthelemy

Franck Barthélémy is a private art dealer and founder of NOGAYA ART, working between Paris, Bangalore, and Dubai. After an initial career in multinational energy companies, he transitioned to the art world, specializing in Indian and international contemporary art and advising collectors across regions.

He has also held key public roles within the French expatriate community, serving as Consular Councillor since 2014 (re-elected in 2021), a member of the Assembly of French Citizens Abroad, and as a Foreign Trade Advisor to France. His work bridges art, international business, and cultural exchange.
