On Thursday, January 22, 2026, the Franco-Indian workshop a preparatory event to the AI Impact Summit & Culture, Cultural Industries & AI,& organized by the iSPIRT Foundation, The Pranava Institute, and Tara Gaming, and supported by the Consulate General of France in Bangalore, took place at the Museum of Art and Photography (https://map-india.org/) in Bangalore (a prominent private gallery).

Throughout the day, in a studious yet creative atmosphere, and with around one hundred participants (mostly artists, researchers, startup founders, and industry professionals), a series of exceptionally high-quality participatory workshops, conferences, and debates were held.

The diversity of the speakers, mostly French and Indian, from Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Paris, London, Amsterdam, Bangkok, was remarkable: university professors (Sorbonne, Nice UNESCO Chair, Ecole Polytechnique, IRCAM, Hauts de France, Chair of Inclusive AI Cultures of Utrecht, King’s College, Goldsmiths), creators of AI environments (CoRover and BharatGPT, Fractal-Apps, P2P Foundation, ART Park), renowned artists or educators (collectif 64/1, MIT Media Lab, AUF, AIFPRO, Bollywood, AEOAS Labs), investors, critics or sounders (Nicolas Granatino, Raghava KK, Karthik Kalyanaraman) distinguished themselves and together revealed amazing prospects for cooperation.

Results:

  • More than 90 speakers, 120 participants in person in Bangalore
  • 6 different countries represented all over the world (India, France, UK, Germany, Netherland, Thailand)
